ONJA pairs a low, cylindrical crown with a wide brim that ripples freely around its edge. This irregular line creates a gentle sense of movement and gives the piece an organic presence.

Its name means “wave” in Malagasy. The natural raffia is crocheted by hand in Madagascar, then shaped to preserve the lively contour of the brim. Each wave may vary slightly from one piece to the next.

To display it on a wall, choose a fixing suited to both the wall and the shape of the piece, without compressing the raffia.

Care

Store the hat flat without compressing the brim. Remove dust with a soft brush. Gently reshape the waves by hand.
