Delivery
Every Marevaka order is carefully prepared in France and sent with tracking to the address provided. Available services depend on the destination, the contents of your basket and availability at the time of ordering.
Preparation times
Order preparation usually takes 2 to 4 working days. A confirmation email with the available tracking information is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
Mainland France
- Standard tracked home delivery: €8.90 including VAT. Marevaka gives preference to Colissimo where the service is available.
- Free standard delivery: on orders of €150 or more.
- Express home delivery: Chronopost may be offered subject to availability, at the rate shown at checkout.
Free delivery applies to the standard service. Express options remain chargeable, including when your order reaches the free standard delivery threshold.
Belgium & Luxembourg
- Standard tracked home delivery: €17.90 including VAT.
- Free standard delivery: on orders of €200 or more.
- Express home delivery: DHL Express may be offered depending on the destination and service availability, at the rate shown at checkout.
European Union
- Standard tracked home delivery: €17.90 including VAT.
- Free standard delivery: on orders of €200 or more.
- Express home delivery: DHL Express may be offered depending on the destination and service availability, at the rate shown at checkout.
Switzerland, the United Kingdom & Norway
- Standard tracked home delivery: €24.90 including VAT.
- Free standard delivery: on orders of €250 or more.
- Express home delivery: DHL Express may be offered depending on the destination and service availability, at the rate shown at checkout.
French overseas territories
Tracked home delivery costs €29.90 including VAT for the destinations enabled in our shop. Available options are confirmed according to your delivery address.
International delivery
Tracked international home delivery costs €39.90 including VAT for the destinations we serve. Depending on the destination, an express home delivery option may also be available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
- Mainland France, standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days.
- European Union: 3 to 8 working days.
- Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway: 5 to 10 working days, excluding any customs clearance.
- Other international destinations: 5 to 12 working days, excluding any customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, depending on the destination or in the event of carrier delays.

Packaging and tracking
Each creation is protected in packaging suited to its size and shape. Delivery is tracked until the parcel is handed to the recipient at the address provided when ordering.
Taxes & customs
For destinations outside the European Union, local authorities may require customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees. These remain the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise before the order is placed.
If delivery services change, the methods, times and charges displayed for your address in the basket or at checkout take precedence.
